Directions

1. Make sure your skin is clean, dry, and non-greasy.
2. Tear open the sleeve just before you’re ready to use the patch (no need to shake!).
3. Remove the plastic backing.
4. Place the heat patch – adhesive side down – on the painful area, either on your back, shoulders or neck.
5. Press firmly but gently to make sure the patch is on smoothly and in the correct position.
6. The patch will start to heat up after a few minutes of opening, and reach maximum heat in 20-30 minutes.
7. Enjoy the soothing heat and start regaining your joy of movement.

Ingredients

Voltarol Heat Patch is made out of breathable film, one side of which sticks to your skin with medical contact-grade adhesive. The inner pouch contains iron powder, activated charcoal, water, acrylic polymer, and sodium salts.
