Additionally, Chia seed powder aids in controlling movement in the digestive system. These capsules help relieve and prevent recurring IBS-related constipation and offer long-lasting relief for those with chronic constipation due to IBS. They also help protect and soothe the gut, while aiding in its restoration.

Directions

• For adult use only (18 years and above).
• Depending on the severity of symptoms take 1 or 2 capsules twice a day (in the morning before breakfast and in the evening before dinner)
• Swallow the capsule with liquids.
• Use for at least 2 weeks, the treatment can be maintained if needed.

Ingredients

Each FyboCalm Constipation Relief capsule contains Chia Seed Powder, Pea Protein, Xyloglucan, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable origin) and Amorphous Precipitated Silica. The capsule is composed of Hypromellose and Titanium Dioxide.
