Return of unwanted items
You have the right to advise us of your wish to return goods at any time up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery of your items.It is your responsibility to contact Pharmacy Saver by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone, to advise us of your intention to return or exchange any item(s) and obtain a returns authorisation code.

The product must be unused and still in 'new' condition, the packaging must not be opened or damaged. In addition products of a medicinal, cosmetic or personal nature cannot be returned due to reasons of hygiene. We will not refund your order unless the item/(s) are in saleable condition upon return. On receipt of the items we will send you a confirmation Email.
We will usually process any refund due to you within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.
- If you return an item without prior approval and an authorisation code, we will be unable to process your return and no refund or replacement will be provided
Return of defective or damaged items
It is your responsibility to contact Pharmacy Saver by email at email@example.com or phone, to advise us of your intention to return a faulty or damaged item(s) and obtain a returns authorisation code.
You will be liable for the cost of returning items to us. We highly recommend that items are returned via a Recorded Delivery service or you have proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit. on receipt of your goods we will send you a confirmation Email.
We will check all items returned as damaged or defective in the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to recover our fees and expenses from you. We will process a refund for all faulty and damaged items within 30 days of receipt of goods. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges.
It is your responsibility to be available to receive your items and if they are returned to us we will charge £10 restocking fee if you decide not to have the items re-delivered.
